Hello January......Ok, so I'm a bit late.

So here we are, January 25th. I AM a bit late in blogging. Still having health issues and really not even wanting to get out of bed.

Recently, I ordered some polish from LLarowe web site. I am always looking for polish that I don't have anything like. If you are like me, this is the website for you! I ordered polish for my daughter for Christmas. It was gorgeous. I decided to try the "A Box Indeed" subscription box that LLarowe offers. Wow! I received 5 bottles of full size nail polish. The box is a  bit pricey at $50 dollars how evcr, I think they are well worth the money. The polishes colors are not available unless you purchase the box. The next post I do, I will swatch them for you.

Today's post is from the third order from LLarowe. The polish on my thumb, ring and pinky are Models Own Rhubarb & Custard. This is an absolutely awesome red polish with pink & red glitter. It covers in one coat but I used two.

The silver glitter on my pointer & middle finger is L.A. Girl Explosion. This has to be my all time favorite silver polish. The glitter is on the chunky side and in person, it is amazing. L.A. Girl also make a gold version of this polish. It's called Glitzy. You can find the L.A. Girl polish at Rite-Aid.

As always, I am not affiliated with L.A. Girl or LLarowe. All items mentioned in this video were purchased with my hard earned moolah.

Until next time, thanks for stopping by.

A woman is helpless only when her nail polish is drying......

My daughter gave me a sign that says just that as a gift. She is so right. I can cook anything I choose, change the oil in a car, change a tire and a hundred other things I learned along the way. Mess with me when my polish is drying, you are going to be in trouble. \ Seriously. Painting nail is an art, even if you are putting on one color. It's tricky,it takes practice and its frustrating as Hell if you have to start over. Be patient. Let a woman get her nails dry and everything is awesome.  Fortunately my kids aren't little anymore and then fend for themselves most of the time. Other times it's like this "Mom, Mooooom, I've cut my carotid artery! I'm bleeding!!"  Yes dear, I'll be right there. Let my nail polish dry. Seriously, it's never that severe. Funny though. On with the polish at hand.... I really like the Pro-Fx Nail Concealer. It makes a nice smooth base to work with. I use one coat. It dries fast which is a bonus. Who really...

Say hello to my little friends.......

Hello little friends...... Greetings fans.  Here is my polish of the week. First off, I would like to thank Piggie Luv for the idea. I saw a post on Pinterest and had to attempt to recreate it. I thought it was really cute and it turned out to be really easy to do. \ Without further hesitation, here is  my creation. Base coat of your choice of course.  Always a base coat. I used Orly Goth on all my nails. It's obviously black but it dose have a tiny bit of shimmer to it. This is just one coat.  Then I made little balls of lines with white acrylic paint. Any white acrylic art paint will do. You can also use white polish. On My pinkies, I used China Glaze Heli-yum. This is a bright neon pinky/red color with a cream finish. Ring fingers I used China Glaze Metro Pollen-Tin ( a dark yellow cream) and Square Hue Beethoven Straat (lime green cream).  Middle fingers was China Glaze Nasty, a bright berry cream.  Pointers, I used China Glaze Bahamian Escape...

Helloo Baaaaby.....

Those are the words of the immortal Big Bopper aka J. P. Richardson who died in a plane crash along with Buddy Holly and Richie Valens, February 3rd, 1959. Truly a great tragedy for the world. Haven't a clue what I'm talking about, look it up. My last post I was struggling to get my nails back in shape. Sadly, they would grow a bit longer than my fingertip and then peel. I couldn't have a Nail Art Blog without nails!! Well now I do. Let's check it out.  Here we are... I decided on this color because it's Spring in my neck of the woods. These are really simple, I think anyone could do them. These are PolyGel. Not a gel, not an acrylic. You do have to cure then in an LED/UV light but you could do them with regular polish and some nail art supplies. The pinky and thumb nail have gold nail foil on them. The ring finger has some glitter and a gold tone shield. The middle finger has some pearls and rhinestones attached. The index finger is my favorite. I starte...
