It's really warm outside......

And I am cool as a cucumber inside. Boy am I glad. Greetings nail polish friends...... Hope this post finds you well and comfortable in whichever weather you live in.  Today's nail art came from a pinterest post I saw. As you can see, the original pinterest post used hot pink and black.  Here is the link. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/394979829796222256/.  Thank you nailartgallery.nailsmag.com for the awesome idea.  I didn't feel right about putting her picture on my blog but please take a minute to check out the original. For my design I used China Glaze Bermuda Breakaway. This is an awesome dar blue cream. Close to Navy Blue. Two coats on my ringer finger.  For my thumb and the french tips on my other fingers I used Sally Hansen Hard As Nails  Extreme in Coral Reef. I think this is the perfect coral for summer. Not too pink, not to orange. Two coats of this. The polka dots on my ringer finger were made using the Coral Reef. For the stamped image I used MASH 28 sta

Doesn't everybody just love Pusheen the cat!!

Well, at least I do. I think he/she is very cute. That just happens to be the nail art choice for this post. I saw a post on Pinterest from preenme.com. It was too cute for words. This was not the first design I attempted. The first design had pink nails. Would you  believe that after 24 days of pink for October (sadly all those posts disappeared from my blog) I couldn't find the exact shade of pink. The one I liked the best took four coats and was still streaky. In the rubbish bin it went. I don't throw out polish very often. Almost never but even after polish thinner, I couldn't get it to work. Bye, bye, bye to the said pink polish. So anywhoooo, this is the second design I chose. If you follow me on twitter. tumbler, instagram or pinterest you may have already seen these nails. I started per usual with a base coat. I always say use what you have or whatever works best for you. Then I put two coats of Sinful Colors Rendezvous. It's a pretty pale tealy blue/gre

Well Helloooooo

Hello my pretties..........mwahahahaha!! Just kidding, I'm totally harmless. Here is my hail polish look o' the day. I saw a look like this on Pinterest.  Here's the linkhttps://www.pinterest.com/pin/394979829796007152/.  Mine is a bit different but I thought it turned out nicely just the same. I started of course with a base coat...any base coat will do. Which ever is you fav of choice. Then I used two coats of China Glaze Nasty. A beautiful orchid cream. On my ring finger I used one light coat and one heavier coat of Glitter Lambs Million Dollar Gradient. This is an amazing gold glitter polish. It's so pretty. It's gold, with a holographic effect. I purchased it on etsy. This is the link. https://www.etsy.com/shop/GlitterLambsPolish  For my flip off finger (LOL), I used Mundo de Unas Light Gold stamping polish. http://www.llarowe.com/shop-all/mundo-de-unas-stamping-polish/mundo-de-unas-light-gold-fs.html  Sadly it's out of stock at LLarowe.
