My daughter has been out of school for nine days due to the weather. At this moment, it  is snowing like a son of a gun. She's so bored. I recently received the latest copy of Nail It! magazine. It's the November/December issue. There are so many amazing ideas for nails. As I was perusing through it's pages, I came upon this. As long as it works, you will be fine.  I like Green but not all Greens. I tend to gravitate towards the blue-green, green-blue, teal-y colors. I chose Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Re-teal Therapy. Being almost 56 years old, I have lived through many things.Some when I was young eg. The Sharon Tate/Tony Lo Bianco murders, the Viet Nam War, the Moon landing and I saw first man walk on the Moon. I watched the News during the Hostage Crisis in Iran. I watched the Shuttle Challenger burst into flames on live TV. I listened to the radio during Desert Storm. I watched the footage of the destruction of the World Trade Center Towers. I'm not bragging. I just stating facts. I am appalled at the behavior of people I have seen on TV about the Inauguration. This isn't some Third World Country. This is America. Donald Trump is the President of the United States. Like it or not, that's how Democracy works. Majority rules. Oops.... I didn't realize it had been two weeks since my last post. Since I apparently live in the new Arctic Circle, all I've had time to do is stay warm. My daughter has missed five days of school due to the weather. That's unheard of where I'm from. When I was in High School, I can't remember ever having a show day.  Maybe that was before Global Warming.  Who coul d tell. And is Global warming really a thing? Greetings: I hope everyone had wonderful Holidays with their loved ones. Mine was quiet. my immediate family is 9 people. Seven kids mean significant others, grand kids and my dear Aunt. That means a grand total of 21. This year there was but four at my dinner table. Quiet. This weeks post is Blue. Maybe because I have been feeling that color for awhile. New year, new things. It's the first bottle in the picture. I had to search for it and finally found it at my local Rite-Aid. Just my luck they had the other two colors right next to it on the display. Had to buy them.
